Sometimes You Just Have To Show Up

You made it this far.

So, you’ve committed to something and now you’re unsure if you made the right decision.

You’re second-guessing, wondering, “Was this the right thing to do?”

You’re the only one who can answer that.

But sometimes, the best thing you can do is show up.

It doesn’t matter how messy or inexperienced you are. It counts that you’re there. Mess up, make mistakes, do something stupid. Take a risk, don’t take a risk.

But you are there, and that’s what counts.

Sometimes it doesn’t seem like enough just to be showing up. You have higher expectations for yourself of what you want to do and be.

Sometimes you have to cut yourself some slack. Know that some days are going to be better than others, and some days will suck.

What matters is that you didn’t give up. You’re still going, and you’re still fighting. And you’ll keep fighting and keep showing up because that’s what you committed to.
