It’s also a rewarding experience to face the challenge and accomplish it.

There’s nothing like the rush of satisfaction. The feeling of accomplishment and getting something done.

You can hang onto that sense of satisfaction to get through any challenge.

That’s why we should all try to challenge ourselves more often.

The more you challenge yourself, the more you grow. When we grow, we find happiness.
